Instructions on how to measure windows were clear. I found the videos extremely helpful cause I have knobs and handles on my windows and there were videos for that. When I emailed customer service a question, they got back to me later that same day. It shipped very quickly, I didn’t have to wait long at all. Installation was quick and easy and the panels were a perfect fit! We moved my 6 month old daughter into her own room and she’s been having awesome naps and I believe it’s due to the blackout blinds blocking out literally 100% of the light and making it pitch black in there for her! I have already recommended this product to all my friends with babies. I’m also a nurse and work night shift and will get great use out of them when I go back to work. Excellent product!

If you’d think that shades and black out blinds work from any other company you’re completely wrong. These are incredible because they actually seal the window. No light comes in at all even the middle of the day. I’ve purchased these for two different homes now. The first was a condo with a HUGE window and it worked very well for my first born to nap mid day with the sun directly on the window. We chose the white blinds and they are good, but there is an orange glow through them so you do require something else over them. Our second home is a house and we have two windows in the nursery of my second who’s 1 year and still needs multiple naps a day. We went with the black this time and they are actually perfect. No light. The room is so dark that we noticed the light coming in from under the door inside the house than the actual windows. Seriously don’t be convinced any other blinds or drapes will work well enough if you want a dark room for daytime naps.

Was exactly as advertised, very easy to install and was 100% blackout. There was a new plasticky smell at first and because we used it in our babies room we had to let it air out a few days before installing but after it aired out it was totally fine.
The blinds do what they’re supposed to do! I’ve been sleeping a lot better since getting some for my bedroom.
